Bolton hand two-year-deal

Bolton boss Sam Allardyce is full of praise of experienced midfielder Gary Speed.

Speed has signed a new two year contract with Bolton and at the age of 36, he's doing very well at the top flight of football.

With a massive amount of experience, Speed is a great role model for the younger players at the club.

"Gary's top-flight experience is second-to-none and is vital to this football club," said Allardyce to the Bolton official website.

"He's been with us for two seasons and during that time he has been exceptional for us."
