Man Utd rumours dismissed

Steven Naismith has dismissed rumours of Man Utd's interest in him.

The 19-year-old Kilmarnock player has raised eyebrows after putting in some great performances and is being watched by many scouts.

There have been rumours that Man Utd hold an interest and Naismith admits it's a dream to be linked with a club of Manchester United's stature.

"It is a dream to be linked with a club of Manchester United's stature but I don't really think anything of it," said Naismith to the Daily Record.

"I was aware scouts from various clubs were being sent up to possibly watch me but I have just dismissed the Manchester United link as paper talk."
