Arsenal ace not fit

Arsenal ace Thierry Henry has admitted he is no way near fit.

After a short break because of the World Cup with France, Henry has had little time to prepare himself for the new Premiership season.

Henry considers himself to not even be 60% fit, also revealing that Freddie Ljungberg is not fit either.

"I am not even at 60 percent, no way near," said Henry in The Sun.

"While Freddie Ljungberg tried ever so hard, and you have to give him credit for that, he is not fit either.

"Fitness-wise, I need another month. Certainly four or five games.

"Obviously players who were at the World Cup are in a similar position. But, this was only my second game while it was Freddie's first.

"Our preparation games are league matches rather than pre-season friendlies."
