Benitez worried

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez is hoping that people don't get too carried away with Daniel Agger.

Agger scored an amazing goal over the weekend and it's boosted his reputation even further. The youngster has always been regarded as a great player but Benitez is worried that people are talking about him like an Alan Hansen.

Benitez insists he's a player for the future, but a good player now.
"I'm worried that people are talking about him like an Alan Hansen or the other great defenders from the club's history because he's a young player" said Benitez.

"He is a young player but he's a young player who knows what to do. He's determined to improve and enjoys training. He's got a lot of confidence in himself. If you watch him training you see he's focused. He's a player with quality and he can shoot, as we've seen, but he can also play the ball.

"He's a player for the future, but he's a good player now. It's not easy to find a player of his age who's happy to play on stages like Anfield."
