Jol: One of best wingers in last ten years

Tottenham boss Martin Jol has praised winger Aaron Lennon.

The 19-year-old is a bright young star for England and Martin Jol is backing the player all the way.

What baffles Jol the most is that Lennon has vision and speed, something that's normally one or the other.

"it's about control with Aaron, because normally if you are a quick player you lack a bit of vision," said Jol.

"But he shows me every day in training that he has vision as well as speed.

"He is one of the best wing players I have seen in the last 10 years, he is different."

GIVE PACE A CHANCE! Lennon is a truly great player already!

He is not the finished article yet, but is young and will learn quickly. He needs to work on his final ball and his shooting. He gets into some great positions but then fails to pull the trigger. If he can apply that to his game we could have the next Henry on our hands, he has all the same skills -pace, trickery and with vision he could emulate Henry as a winger turned Striker. I can see it happening.
